Maylands Construction Ltd started up as a general works contractor in 2014 due to a passion for reinstating bricks and mortar. Now with a wealth of experience within the industry, our vision is to become one of the best by continuing to be an exceptional contractor within every aspect of our services.
With over a decade of experience in the industry, the company has undertaken many exciting, mind blowing and challenging projects, accumulated a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge ranging from project management, structural design and building solutions which has aided in the expansion of the company’s capacity to work on a wide variety of building projects.

OUR PROCESS
Consultation
Our process begins with an initial phone call to introduce ourselves and discuss your high level wants and needs. We then schedule an on-site visit to discuss "the possible" in order to define the scope of work and create the proposal process.
Planning
Once were contracted, we commence the planning process. During this stage, we map out the full project outlook, including materials sourcing, construction schedules, budgets and permitting, when required.
Build
This is the stage where we begin to turn ideas into a reality. Our onsite presence will be aligned to the plans we developed. Throughout the project, we will keep a clear and consistent line of communication with you to ensure we complete the project on time, on budget and with minimal disruption.
Project Completion
At the end of the project, we will perform a final walk through with you to ensure that your requirements have been met. As we believe in delivering nothing short of excellent quality, we also check that you are fully satisfied with the works that has been delivered.
